Notices are procedural directions, merchant shipping notices, mariners guidance notices, and work instructions, and other such notices that may be issued by the Authority for the implementation and enforcement of any applicable mandatory instruments, including local domestic legislation, international maritime conventions, treaties, agreements and other instruments to which Seychelles is a party.
